1 General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the aq666 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the aq666 website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The aq666 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account at aq666.
• "Balance" — Real money held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits applicable subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount of bets that must be placed before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and use services at aq666, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide a valid mobile number or email address. Each person may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You will bear responsibility if a third party uses your account. Any suspicious activity must be reported to aq666 support immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

To make changes to your name, address, or payment information, you must contact the support team and may be required to submit relevant documents. Providing incorrect information may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds at aq666 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the payment method used at the time of deposit.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing.
• Wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be on hold.
• In the case of unusual withdrawal patterns, aq666 may request additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = after placing a total of ৳22,500 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions; see the offers page for details.
• One account may receive a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for wagering use only.
• If fraud or misuse of a bonus is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• aq666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games at aq666 are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which neither party can predict or control.

6.2 Technical Errors

Game results caused by server outages, network issues, or software faults may be considered void, in which case the bet amount will be refunded. The final decision of the relevant game provider is binding.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the bet will be settled at the confirmed odds. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable odds-setting policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited at aq666:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to meet bonus conditions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing illegal income.
• Using automated bots or scripts to conduct gaming or betting.
• Accessing another member's account without permission.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent behaviour or harassment toward aq666 staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by aq666

In the event of any breach of these Terms, suspicious financial activity, or a security risk, aq666 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. During suspension, the member retains the right to recover their deposited real-money balance (subject to valid proof).

8.2 Account Closure by Member

You may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your own account. It is important to settle all outstanding bonus conditions and withdrawable balance before closing the account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for an extended period (generally 12 months or more), the account may be marked as inactive. aq666 will notify the member separately regarding inactive accounts.

9 Responsible Gaming

aq666 is committed to responsible gaming. Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. The following tools are available to members:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to exclude yourself from the platform for a specified period.

11 Limitation of Liability

aq666 is committed to ensuring the highest standard of service. However, aq666 is not liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, power outage, or device issues.
• Delays caused by third-party software or payment gateway failures.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.
• Loss resulting from the member's own negligence or deliberate actions.

In any circumstance, aq666's maximum financial liability is limited to the real-money balance in the member's account.

12 Changes to Terms

aq666 reserves the right to modify these Terms in part or in full at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through their registered contact details. Continued use of aq666 after updated Terms are published will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms.
